TIt&#39;s hard to unseat an Incumbent. Though it can happen, the longer someone stays in power, the harder it is. Again, look at our Black Gay Agencies.<br /><br />It is ok for a Good Leader to step down because of Term Limits IF there are other qualified leaders ready to step up. Again, this is where mentoring and grooming come in. <br /><br />It&#39;s cool this time that Bloomberg bought a 3rd term, but what if the next guy is crooked and incompetent, and turns the city into a dictatorship (or a POCC) and nobody can get him out of office!?KAMAUhttp://khalidkamau.comnoreply@blogger.com
